HM by Murunwa ensures each floral arrangement is thoughtfully designed and prepared using fresh, premium blooms, creating the Heaven Materialised experience.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral orders are considered final once delivery has been completed. We are therefore unable to accept physical returns of floral products.

That said, quality and client experience remain important to us. If your order arrives and does not meet the standard you expected from HM by Murunwa, we kindly ask that you contact us within 6 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs of the arrangement. We will carefully review the matter and work to find a solution.
