  1. Ordering & Accounts
    HM by Murunwa welcomes all clients to explore and order our floral arrangements. Orders can be placed as a guest or through an account. Regardless of how you order, all clients must provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information to ensure timely and correct delivery of their order.

  2. Payments
    All orders must be paid in full before delivery. For now, we accept manual payment only. Additional payment methods may be added in the future. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

  3. Pricing & Availability
    Prices listed reflect our current standard rates and seasonal specials. We strive to maintain these prices, and any updates will be communicated fairly to our clients. Delivery is subject to slot availability. To ensure your desired delivery date, we kindly ask that orders be placed at least 2–3 days in advance. For last-minute orders, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website, including images, designs, branding, and text, is the property of HM by Murunwa. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express permission.

  5. Liability
    While we strive to ensure every order is delivered flawlessly, HM by Murunwa is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

  6. Returns & Quality
    Fresh flowers are perishable; all floral orders are considered final once delivered. Physical returns are not accepted.

If your order does not reflect the Heaven Materialised experience you expected, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the arrangement. We will review the matter carefully and work to find a suitable solution.
