Delivery Area
Currently, HM by Murunwa delivers throughout South Africa. Delivery zones and areas will be communicated as our service expands. For clients outside Gauteng, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.

Delivery Days & Times
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Exact delivery times depend on available slots to ensure each arrangement arrives in perfect condition.

Advance Notice & Same-Day Orders
Orders should be placed at least 2–3 days before the desired delivery date to secure a slot. For same-day deliveries, clients must contact HM by Murunwa directly to confirm availability.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on the client’s area or zone and will be communicated at checkout or upon inquiry.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is attempted and the client is unavailable, the flowers will be returned to HM by Murunwa. Clients must then rebook another delivery or collect the arrangement from our store. Any additional delivery or collection costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Responsibility
HM by Murunwa is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.
